There are several possible reasons why this might be. First of all, try the following:
- Check your network cable is properly connected.
- Check your Xbox One is properly connected to the network.
- Check you are connected to Xbox Live.
If you check all of the above and still cannot start a game, the issue may be due to a server problem. Try waiting a while before attempting again.
